So the update so far… change in my weight. Although i have still kept the original 5 pounds off so that’s good!. I’m going to start really focusing on my diet so that i can get the numbers on my scale lower! If anyone has any tips please feel free to share.


The Start of My Weight Loss Journey

I am like most of you out there and i have tried almost every crazy diet out there to no avail! I have struggled with my weight since Middle School when i was diagnosed with PCOS, which is a hormonal imbalance that causes weight gain and infertility. I’m 27 years old now and I am unmarried, I hope to be married by 30 and Ive ALWAYS wanted kids. So I have decided that i AM going to change! I am going to make some big lifestyle changes and  I plan on losing all of my extra weight. I will succeed! I will post every Wednesday with my weight loss for the week and total weight loss. I have already started monitoring what I’m eating and made some simple changes since Monday 5/6 it is Wed 5/8 and I have already lost 5 pounds! I’m so excited to weigh myself next week.
