Weight Loss Update

Hey guys! So i figured i would give an update on my weight loss. Since May i have lost 25 pounds, which does not sound like a huge accomplishment but i am a VERY happy lady right now considering i haven’t gained any weight. Well i gained 5 pounds in December because of all the desserts so technically i lost 30 then gained 5 😦 But 5 pounds ain’t bad in my book and ill lose them so I’m very optimistic on the new year and New weight loss goals.

So the update so far…..no change in my weight. Although i have still kept the original 5 pounds off so that’s good!. I’m going to start really focusing on my diet so that i can get the numbers on my scale lower! If anyone has any tips please feel free to share.

The Start of My Weight Loss Journey

I am like most of you out there and i have tried almost every crazy diet out there to no avail! I have struggled with my weight since Middle School when i was diagnosed with PCOS, which is a hormonal imbalance that causes weight gain and infertility. I’m 27 years old now and I am unmarried, I hope to be married by 30 and Ive ALWAYS wanted kids. So I have decided that i AM going to change! I am going to make some big lifestyle changes and  I plan on losing all of my extra weight. I will succeed! I will post every Wednesday with my weight loss for the week and total weight loss. I have already started monitoring what I’m eating and made some simple changes since Monday 5/6 it is Wed 5/8 and I have already lost 5 pounds! I’m so excited to weigh myself next week.
